In the next few minutes, you'll learn to read faster, remember more, and focus longer.
On the surface, these areas seem difficult to develop, but it's MUCH easier than you think.
1. Reading
First, I'm going to show you how to triple your reading speed in a matter of seconds.
Yes, in a matter of seconds!
I can do that because you already have the ability to read fast.
You're just not using the right approach.
The right approach is NOT about reading one word at a time.
But instead, to open your vision to look at multiple words in a single glance.
To illustrate, below is a paragraph broken into segments using the “/” character between every few words.
Read the paragraph by grabbing all the words in each segment at one time, as a whole.
Then move to the next segment, and the next, and the one after that.
Do this very quickly.
Even though you / are not looking / at individual words / in this paragraph / your eyes and mind / are still able to / pick up the text. / This happens because / paying attention to / chunks of words / prevents your eyes / from narrowing their focus / on individual words
Pretty cool, huh?
It feels like you shouldn’t be able to read more than one word at a time.
But as you just saw...
Your mind and eyes have the ability to grab groups of words in a single glance.
Now try this on the rest of this article...
2. Memory
Now I'm going triple your ability to remember appointments, conversations, commitments, text messages, and more.
Again, I can do that because you already have the ability to remember.
And your brain is remembering more than you know.
For example:
- If I ask you to tell me lyrics to your favorite song, you might not be able to, but if the song was playing in the background, you could sing along with no problems
- You may think you have forgotten much of your childhood memories, but if you looked at a photo or toy from childhood, everything would come back like you were there yesterday.
- Have you ever asked someone to repeat themselves, but before they could finish, you were like "oh yea, I remember that."
All these examples illustrate memories can be in your brain, but seem lost or forgotten.
They seem forgotten because you can't get them out.
The reason you can't call get them out is because you haven't practiced getting them out.
In order to recall a memory, you have to practice recalling it.
The more you practice recalling memories, the more you deepen the neural pathways to the memory, making it easier to access.
There is a very easy way to do that...
Every night, spend just 10 minutes recalling everything that you did and happened that day.
It helps to go in order and start in the morning and work your way to the evening.
Do this every night before going to bed, and you'll quickly start to recall even more appointments, conversations, commitments, text messages, and more.
3. Concentration
Now let's work on your concentration.
Interestingly enough, the memory technique above also improves concentration.
That's because...
If your brain knows it will be called on to remember the events of the day, it will put more attention into remembering them.
What's more, you already have the ability to concentration.
In fact, you're concentrating all the time, even when you're lost in thought.
The trick is to take control of your concentration.
An easy way to do that is with self-talk.
Every morning you wake up, repeat the following statement 10x:
I have excellent concentration, I easily focus on anything I read, hear, or do
Repeating the above statements may not seem like it'll do all that much...
But words are powerful!
They seep into your brain to create the outcomes in your life.
If you have a habit of saying, "I have terrible concentration" or "I can't focus," you want to change that
To summarize:
1. Every morning you wake up, repeat I have excellent concentration 10x
2. When reading anything during the day, look at multiple words in a single glance
3. Every night before falling asleep, recall everything you did and happened in that day.
Do this for just 7 days, and your reading, memory, and concentration will soar.
I promise!
Life is busy, so I tried to make it as easy to improve these skills.
Though, your brain is amazingly complex, and there's a lot more to the tips than I could provide here.

What makes life difficult is you forget or can't focus on the commitments you're making.
These books will change all that.
