    I didn’t know there was so much more into awareness, thoughts, emotions, environment, routines, etc. that affects concentration. Everything relies on concentration and awareness. It’s one of the most vital skill to have. I love the concentration training. I’ve replaced normal meditation and included “concentration training” to my daily routine. We’ll see where I’m at after a year doing these exercises. I could already see results.. thank you. A must read!

    If you have difficulty with concentration or struggle with issues like impulsivity, hyperactivity and even ADHD then you need to read this book. I've had these issues for as long as I can remember and the solutions in here are some of the best I have found anywhere and that includes trying all sorts of medication.
